Features & benefits
Why choose Deluxe Brushed Composite Cladding?
Four-Sided Capping
A protective polymer cap wraps all four sides for enhanced stain and fade resistance superior to uncapped Classic boards.
Brushed Texture Surface
A contemporary brushed texture gives a sophisticated modern aesthetic that works particularly well with glass and steel.
8 Colours
Full palette of 8 colours — Grey, Teak, Chocolate, Charcoal, Antique, Oak, Silver Birch and Ash White.
Available in 2.5m & 3.6m
Choose the length that suits your project — 2.5m boards reduce cutting waste on smaller projects.
Hidden Fixings
Our clip system produces a clean, professional finish with no visible fixings on the board face.
Fire Rated
Class D fire rating (EN 13501-1) — suitable for residential and HMO cladding applications.
Installation
Simple DIY installation
Deluxe Brushed boards use the same hidden clip system. The capped surface is more resistant to scratching during installation.
Prepare Wall
Ensure wall is sound and dry. Fix vertical battens at 400mm centres to create a ventilated cavity behind the cladding.
Fix Starter Track
Attach the starter trim level at the base. This holds the first board and creates the drainage channel.
Clip Boards
Slot the first board into the starter track, attach hidden clips to the groove. Work from bottom to top — no visible fixings.
Finish Edges
Fit corner trims, J-trims around windows and end caps for a neat, weathertight finish.
