Choosing composite decking is exciting — but with five ranges to pick from, which is right for your garden? Here’s a quick, jargon-free guide to the NeoTimber® ranges we stock at Grainex®, from budget-friendly to ultra-realistic.

Lite — smart value

Our most affordable range. Lite gives you the low-maintenance, rot-proof benefits of composite at the keenest price — ideal for smaller gardens, rentals and budget-conscious projects. Available in classic Grey, Teak, Chocolate and Charcoal.

Essential — lightweight & long-lasting

A board that’s easy to handle and install while staying durable and great-looking — a popular all-rounder for typical domestic decks.

Classic — the perfect balance

Classic blends affordability, strength and a natural finish, making it our most popular choice for family gardens that see daily use.

Advanced — superior protection

A capped (polymer-shelled) board with enhanced stain, scratch and fade resistance, plus a richer, dual-toned woodgrain. Advanced opens up the full eight-colour palette, including Antique, Oak, Silver Birch and Ash White.

Deluxe — the ultimate finish

Our premium range: the most authentic woodgrain texture and the ultimate resilience for a deck that looks stunning for decades. Also available across all eight colours.

Capped vs traditional — what’s the difference?

Traditional boards (Essential, Classic) weather and lighten slightly in the first few months as they react to UV, then settle. Capped boards (Advanced, Deluxe) carry a protective shell for high UV and fade resistance and a dual-tone look. Both are built to outlast timber many times over.

Still unsure?
