Is composite better than timber?
Yes — composite gives you the natural look of wood without the upkeep. It won't rot, warp, splinter or need annual staining, and the colour is engineered to last, making it the long-term, lower-cost-of-ownership choice for UK gardens.
How much maintenance does it need?
Virtually none. There's no sanding, oiling, staining or painting. An occasional rinse or wash with warm soapy water is all that's needed to keep it looking its best.
What warranty is included?
Our composite products carry up to a 25-year residential warranty (and a 10-year commercial warranty), covering material defects so you can buy with total confidence.
Can I order samples before I buy?
Absolutely. We offer free colour samples delivered in 3–5 days so you can see and feel the exact colour and finish in your own space before placing an order.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours, with an express 3–5 working day and economy 7–10 working day service. UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000.
