Free UK Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £500 to mainland UK addresses. This applies to all composite decking, cladding, fencing, balustrade, furniture and accessory orders.
Standard Delivery Rates
For orders under £500, a standard delivery charge of £15 applies to mainland UK. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and other remote areas — these will be confirmed at checkout.
Delivery Timescales
Most in-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation. Standard delivery to mainland UK typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch. Express next-day delivery is available at checkout for an additional charge.
Pallet Deliveries
Composite decking boards and other long or heavy items are delivered by pallet. Pallet deliveries are kerbside only — our drivers are unable to move goods beyond the kerbside. Please ensure you have adequate assistance to move goods to your project area.
Damaged or Missing Items
All deliveries must be inspected at point of delivery before signing. If any items appear damaged, please note this on the delivery documentation and contact us within 24 hours at hello@grainex.co.uk.
