Your Right to Return

You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return, and a further 14 days to return the goods.

Conditions

Items must be unused, in original condition, and not cut or installed. We cannot accept returns of cut or modified items unless faulty.

How to Return

1. Email info@grainex.co.uk within 14 days of delivery
2. We will provide a returns authorisation number and return address
3. Send items via tracked courier — keep proof of postage

Costs

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Refunds

Processed within 5–10 working days of receiving your return, to your original payment method. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Faulty Items

Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange collection and replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
