About this product
Deluxe Composite Fence Board is a premium fence board designed for use with NeoTimber® composite fence posts and capping rails. This 180mm x 24mm board features a high-quality composite construction that is resistant to rot, decay and warping, providing a long-lasting, low-maintenance alternative to traditional timber fence boards. Available in all eight NeoTimber® colours.

Installation & Care
Before you start: the modular system fixes to composite, timber or concrete posts. Choose full panel kits or individual components to suit your project.
Fitting: set posts (composite posts are available for hard or soft ground), then slot the tongue-and-groove boards between them using the rail sets and clips. Decorative screens can be added on top of panels.
Routine care: clean with warm soapy water and a soft-bristled brush. The capped, UV-inhibited surface resists fading and wipes clean easily.

Installation Guide
Composite fencing fits between concrete-set posts. Allow 24 hours for post-mix to cure before loading panels.
Mark and dig post holes
Posts go at 1.83m centres for standard panels. Holes should be 600mm deep and 300mm wide. Aluminium post for hard ground (bolt-down) or composite post for soft ground (concrete-set).
Set the first post
Stand the post in the hole, brace plumb in both directions, and fill with post-mix or concrete. Check level repeatedly as it sets.
Slide in the panel boards
Stack horizontal slats or boards into the channel of the first post, working from the bottom up. Each board sits on the one below.
Set the second post
Slide the second post over the loose end of the boards, then plumb and concrete in place. Repeat across the fence run.
Fit the gate (if applicable)
Gates hinge to a reinforced gate post. Use the supplied heavy-duty hinges. Allow 8mm clearance at the latch side to prevent binding in wet weather.
Cap and inspect
Fit decorative post caps. Wash the whole fence with soapy water to remove dust and handling marks.
